Reported to the CFO. Managed supply chain from end-to-end. Was in charge of all procurement. Handled all shipping and receiving as well as checking-in all inventory parts received. Created an online purchase request system for the engineering and production teams to easily request the parts they needed. Led the initial phase of implementing Fishbowl Advanced ERP/MRP software. Revamped existing inventory management processes by labeling shelves and aisles, and setting up dedicated computers for inventory check-out. Oversaw vendor relationships, RFPs, and contract negotiations, and handled all aspects of sales tax exemptions, net terms, and special pricing. Approved vendor bills, managed vendor accounting issues, and dealt with all returns.
